Pinot Noir
Wine
Gembrook Hill Pinot Noir has the elegance of Old World Burgundy. Entirely estate grown, its vines are unirrigated, low yielding, and pruned and harvested by hand.
The cool climate vineyard is set against the backdrop of the Warburton Ranges in the Upper Yarra, perfect for producing small crops of intense, concentrated Pinot Noir.
'Wine is made in the vineyard' is the underpinning philosophy, and the winemaking approach is one of minimal handling. For maturation only French oak is used. The wine is bottled with little or no filtering.
Pale red, Gembrook Hill Pinot Noir is medium bodied with balanced structure, refined red fruit flavours and earthy, savoury length. Cellaring potential is 10 years.
